All new lovers will need to go through a screening process.
Every date will need a 25% deposit paid before confirmation.
All deposits will be taken out of the total booking fee.
I am mainly available for outcalls, although if you arrange in advance I can find a suitable location to host the date and would ask for you to cover the cost of accommodation.

Notes
- I prefer longer dates and special activities to spice up our time together (dining, shopping, an art gallery visit, a show night, or Lingeries/ adult toy shopping..).
- The donation is for my time and companionship.
- Negotiations or Invitations to Airbnb rooms or below 4 star hotels are not acceptable.
- I require deposits for all dates, even for returning lovers! 25% deposit is mandatory. This allows me to plan our time together and reserve our date.
- Dates are on a First deposit First serve basis.
- The deposit is not refundable and it will be kept as a cancellation fee if you cancel.
- In the unlikely event of me needing to cancel our date, you will be refunded 100% of the deposit.
- I understand that life happens, and it can affect our booking. I can transfer it to a future scheduled date if canceled with 24-48h notice, after deducting any non-refundable costs.
- For outcall, I require an extra fee for round-trip costs
- The same-day booking requests cannot be guaranteed but please get in touch with me. There could be possibilities to arrange my schedule. If you would like to schedule a meeting with me, please let me know at least a day in advance.
- It is important to note that I do not always host incalls but I am happy to arrange it once you become my regular.
